The owner is very friendly, because of my ride from HCM city, I had to check in at 4a.m when he was sleeping and he let us in in the middle of the night, they were full of guest so we could take our room, then he called taxi for us to get to the place where we could rent motorcycles and go to the beach for watching the sunrise instead. I'm appreciate how he was very patient to open the door and let us in. The room was clean and smelled very good, the bathroom was good too. However, I think you should send guest's request to the hotel and ask them for the confirmation, for instance I had checked in the check in early section when I booked hotel, but when I was there at 4.m, the same with what I asked for special request, the owner said I needed a confirmation from the hotel to make sure that I could check in early as I wanted. But I will choose this place again if I travel to Phan Rang in future.

I booked a room for 1 person, priced at 243k / night. for 3 nights, very good price in this area Because of going 1 person, the room size is modest. Fully furnished, with air conditioning, tv, fridge, wardrobe. White bed is very clean, spacious toilets, clean and airy.
