Everything was fine except for the stone bench in front of the hotel. There was a bench too close to the road but the security guard instructed to park right there. I just opened it slightly and the door touched the bench and the paint flew off 🥲 If I pushed it too hard, the door would have been dented. Breakfast had quite a bit of food but the quality and comfort, all the dishes were delicious & tasty. The soup was a bit salty, maybe because I let the soup get cold. The staff were also very nice. I was also impressed with Tiffany because the room check was very fast. If I have the chance to come back, I will continue to support Traveloka & Tiffany. Oh, I know Traveloka because my friend recorded a voiceover for this brand. The first time I booked a plane ticket, this time I booked a hotel. Both times the apps supported me very quickly & enthusiastically.

Breakfast was delicious, especially the quality coffee. New, clean room, staff and security were all very enthusiastic and attentive. Central location is very convenient for travel.

Check in at 7pm, late check out is fine but you have to pay the fee. Check in, the receptionist said breakfast is until 10am. In the morning, the hotel said breakfast is over at 9:30am. I don't know if it's right or wrong, but that's a terrible way to handle it. It's true that eating is humiliating.

In case of early check-in or late check-out, it will depend on the hotel's ability to meet the service, if any. To receive the best service, you should inform early to be arranged conveniently. Breakfast service time is from 6:30 to 9:30. In special cases, if you arrive late, the staff will notify you to clarify the information. The restaurant still supports in special cases serving dishes after 9:30 within its capacity. If you need more information, please contact the Manager for information and explanation. Great, came back 2 years ago and the room is still very good, no signs of deterioration at all. The receptionists are super super cute. Recently I had a problem with booking and they were still very flexible in helping me handle it. Overall great. Will be back .

Clean room, brand new equipment. Cheerful staff. Buffer breakfast is simple but delicious, suitable for taste. Minus this area is a bit deserted
