New hotel. Everything is clean, comfortable and very good compared to the room price. The only unreasonable problem is that the room card only allows you to go to the floor you are on, which is a bit inconvenient because my family rented 2 rooms, arranged on the 3rd and 7th floors. Every time we need something, we have to walk, which is quite inconvenient. However, overall it is very ok. If I have the opportunity to return to Phan Thiet, I will still stay at Tiffany or introduce it to my friends.

There are delicious places to eat here. The room is clean and comfortable, with water, tea and coffee available in the room. The bathroom is clean. I booked a room with a sea view. In the morning, I can watch the boats go by, chill. Because I don't like swimming in the sea, hotels like this are great.

Everything was fine except for the stone bench in front of the hotel. There was a bench too close to the road but the security guard instructed to park right there. I just opened it slightly and the door touched the bench and the paint flew off 🥲 If I pushed it too hard, the door would have been dented. Breakfast had quite a bit of food but the quality and comfort, all the dishes were delicious & tasty. The soup was a bit salty, maybe because I let the soup get cold. The staff were also very nice. I was also impressed with Tiffany because the room check was very fast. If I have the chance to come back, I will continue to support Traveloka & Tiffany. Oh, I know Traveloka because my friend recorded a voiceover for this brand. The first time I booked a plane ticket, this time I booked a hotel. Both times the apps supported me very quickly & enthusiastically.

Check in at 7pm, late check out is fine but you have to pay the fee. Check in, the receptionist said breakfast is until 10am. In the morning, the hotel said breakfast is over at 9:30am. I don't know if it's right or wrong, but that's a terrible way to handle it. It's true that eating is humiliating.

In case of early check-in or late check-out, it will depend on the hotel's ability to meet the service, if any. To receive the best service, you should inform early to be arranged conveniently. Breakfast service time is from 6:30 to 9:30. In special cases, if you arrive late, the staff will notify you to clarify the information. The restaurant still supports in special cases serving dishes after 9:30 within its capacity. If you need more information, please contact the Manager for information and explanation. Great, came back 2 years ago and the room is still very good, no signs of deterioration at all. The receptionists are super super cute. Recently I had a problem with booking and they were still very flexible in helping me handle it. Overall great. Will be back .

Phòng ốc sạch sẽ, đầy đủ tiện nghi, ngay trung tâm thành phố phan thiết nên rất tiện cho việc ăn uống - vui chơi. Chỉ có điều buffet sáng quá ít món nên cải thiện hơn về chất lượng đồ ăn.
