My room was Suite double room on top of the Hotel (6th floor) with balcony. Awesome view in the morning. Good mind services. The room was huge and nice accommodations, clean, bed and blanket are new every day. Located in the middle of the town, I can walk to tourist spots such as Bahn Mi (Yellow wall), Dalat night market, An Cafe, Market, Pho noodles, Grocery shop, etc. Check-in and out smoothly. Also, have Hot tea serving 24hrs. Do not hesitate to book this Suite double room with a balcony! It's worth the prices. Highly recommend. Ps. No need breakfast serving in hotel because the next 50 meters from hotel you will find An Cafe', breakfast was yummy and good view for start the day in Dalat.

Mình rất thích ở Tulip, sạch sẽ nhân viên thân thiện, gần chợ tiện lợi. Nước tắm ấm cực kỳ mạnh, ăn sáng chọn món nhưng rất ngon va vưa miệng. Lúc nào đi mình cungz chọn Tulip

I was very satisfied with customer support at the beginning. Initially booked a room at tulip 3 but there was no room so tulip also supported changing to tulip 1 with a very comfortable room. However, during my stay, I asked about some issues such as asking to borrow an iron, the refrigerator was not very cold. I asked the receptionist to check and report back, but I waited and still did not receive a response. Anise. Hopefully we will improve the issue of feedback to customers, whether or not we should provide feedback to let customers know.

The attic room is too ok, the view with the working sofa is convenient enough for 2 people, but the parking space is a bit inconvenient, but there is a bellboy for guests to bring their own things, the receptionist finds it so hurried 🥲

Take a shower with very little water flow from the shower. I can barely shower. Takes a very long time to shower So will wash all the shampoo and soap out, go down and tell the staff The staff promised that they would fix it tomorrow. In the morning I went to say it again. The staff promised to fix it today. After coming back to the hotel almost 2 pm, it appears that there is no correction at all. I feel very sick of taking a shower, at least I should change the room. Or hurry to fix it immediately. Very disappointed. Must endure for 2 nights.
