The room was clean and comfortable. I booked a single room but was upgraded to a double room. The hotel is close to the dining area so it is quite convenient, although you will hear the sound of traffic. Will come back next time.

The hotel is very clean and modern, the receptionist is extremely cute and friendly. Near the hotel there are many good restaurants and new, affordable motorbike rentals. Can't fault it at all.

1. Our room is cleaned daily. If you are not satisfied, please contact the reception for the fastest support. From the time you checked in until you checked out, the reception did not receive any feedback from you, so we sincerely apologize for not being able to support you promptly.
2. The hotel uses a single hot water system for the entire building; and during your stay, the hotel guarantees that there was no damage as you reported.
3. In Da Lat, most small and medium-sized hotels are not equipped with air conditioning, and Vuong Gia is no exception.
4. At the hotel, only Deluxe rooms are equipped with a mini fridge (you can refer to the description on the Traveloka booking application). In case you need to store your belongings, we will support you in storing them in the refrigerator at the reception desk.
5. The hotel's parking route is divided into even/odd days; therefore, the night receptionist will have to contact the guests to bother them to move their cars to avoid the case of guests forgetting; accidentally making you uncomfortable. Therefore, the hotel hopes that you will sympathize with this case.

The male staff had a bad attitude and were not enthusiastic when checking in late, the room looked unclean, not spacious, booked 2 rooms, 1 double room had a broken hot water faucet, 1 single room was too sunny, the curtains were thin, especially the room had no air conditioning, easy to suffocate. There was no parking area.

You should not book a room at this hotel because of its unfavorable location, the glass windows have a greenhouse effect during the day, waiting until 6:00 pm, it is very hot, the room is like a furnace, the hotel owner also cannot solve the problem, although there is support for dividing the network range to reduce the heat, but it does not reduce it at all.

We sincerely apologize to you and your family for the bad experiences during the recent holiday.
As explained to you, the Superior rooms have a city view and are surrounded by glass instead of brick walls, so they will be a bit hot at noon. Dalat's climate is also very cool and pleasant, so it will be more comfortable if we open the windows to get the wind from outside. The period when you booked the room fell during the peak Tet holiday, so the hotel could not support your family to change to other room categories. We hope you understand!

The hotel is near the city center. Unfortunately arrived when they had trouble with overloaded power, which quite affected my experience. But the staffs were friendly and kind, they offered some penalties for the inconveniences. The room is quite clean, but facilities are just "usable". However, it's a nice place to stay comparing with the price.

The hotel doesn't give tissues, doesn't give mineral water, doesn't have a refrigerator... in short, they just leave expensive things on the table. If it were 0 stars, I would give it 0 stars because the hotel doesn't give mineral water. Save yourself the expense of 2 bottles of mineral water for 6k with the guests.

Friendly staff, hot water system OK, convenient to move around, the only thing is that the room cleaning when checking in was dirty, looking closely at the drawer under the TV table, there was a thick layer of dust, probably cleaning the room only cleaned the bed sheets and that was it.
