How to Request a Refund

Easy! Go to your Traveloka App and open your Flight E-ticket. Tap Refund at the bottom of the page and follow the steps there.

Terms & Conditions

Product Details:





  • Refund Okay is an add-on product to customer’s flight ticket purchase.





  • Refund Okay will provide a refund up to 80% of the ticket fare.
  1. One Way International up to SGD 1,400
  2. Round Trip International up to SGD 3,000





  • Refund Okay must be purchased at the same time of your original flight ticket purchase.





  • To receive the Refund Okay service, we will charge you a one - time fee (“Refund Okay Fee”) which will be calculated solely against the ticket price.





  • Once your booking is complete, a confirmation of the purchased product will be sent to your email.





  • Refund Okay Fee is non-refundable in any circumstances whatsoever.





  • Non-reschedulable: If the user chooses to reschedule the original flight booking, Refund Okay will be void and will not be eligible for the new rescheduled flight.





  • Max cancellation window is 24 hours before departure time. For refund requests made in less than 24 hours before departure time, the benefit of Refund Okay will not be applicable and the airlines’ standard refund policy will apply.



Refund Okay Eligibility:





  • Valid only for the citizens of Singapore.



Refund Okay Submission





  • Applicable only for refund requests submitted up to 24 hours before the scheduled flight departure. For requests submitted less than 24 hours before departure, the benefit of Refund Okay will not be applicable; only a standard refund policy from the airline will apply.





  • If the airline rescheduled the flight, your refund will be processed based on the initial scheduled flight departure.





  • Applicable for flight tickets only, not including ancillaries (e.g., baggage, in-flight meals, baggage wrap).





  • Applicable for all refund reasons.





  • Applicable for a partial refund (i.e., refund for only one route of a round-trip flight, refund for only one passenger of a multiple passengers order).


Refund Payment:





  • The refund amount shall be defined as below:
  • If the airline does not refund, Traveloka will refund 80% of ticket fare to the customer.
  • If the airline refunds less than 80% of the ticket fare, Traveloka will refund the difference between 80% of ticket fare and the refund amount from the airline).
  • If the airline refunds by way of a credit shell, Traveloka shall not process the credit shell and shall refund 80% of the ticket fare to the customer.
  • Refund Okay amount shall be based on the actual paid ticket fare. Any Points or coupons redeemed, amount of paid ancillaries or add - ons for the purchase shall not be calculated, included, and/or returned.





  • Applicable only for transactions made in Singapore Dollar (SGD).





  • For verification purposes, the refund payout shall only be processed after Traveloka has obtained the approval from the airlines, which shall not be earlier than the original departure date.


Traveloka reserves the right to reject your refund request at any time and immediately if





  • Customer’s request does not meet the requirements set forth in this T&C.





  • The passenger has completed the airlines’ check-in process.





  • The ticket which is requested for a refund has been used or flown.





  • A refund request for the same booking has been made directly to the airlines.





  • The passenger / Customer has made any changes pertaining to the booking via the airline. Changes include but are not limited to changes in the passenger’s details (e.g.name, title) and flight routes.





  • Traveloka detects any refund request or process deemed to be misused. Misuse of Refund Okay is defined as any event in which, at Traveloka’s sole discretion, the use or the process was assessed to be fraudulent or abused for commercial gain.




Miscellaneous:





  • By continuing purchasing and/or using the product, Customer is deemed to understand, acknowledge and accept all provisions herein.





  • Other than Refund Okay Terms & Conditions, our general Terms & Conditions apply to your use of our website and application.
