Chubb Travel Swift is a product from Chubb Insurance Singapore Limited (Company No. 199702449H) that is specially designed for Traveloka customers.
The cost depends on the flight you purchase. The exact price of the travel insurance can be seen in the Booking Form.

Chubb Travel Swift does not cover for any pre-existing conditions known to the Insured within twelve (12) months before the commencement of your journey.
We’re sorry, but adding insurance to a completed booking is not possible.
Yes. Purchase of insurance will only be stated in your receipt of payment. You will receive the details of your purchased policy in a separate email from Chubb besides the e-ticket issued by Traveloka.
Chubb Travel Swift is only available for journeys that are no longer than 45 days between departure date and return date.

Yes, Chubb Travel Swift is cancelable and refundable (subject to terms and conditions). Please contact our Customer Service by email: cs@traveloka.com, or by phone at 6911 8138.

Claims must be submitted within 30 days after the date of occurrence.
Claims will be processed within 10 working days after the complete documents have been received.
