from the ship and the trip was actually great. but a bit confused about finding the departure address. because there are 2 departure addresses listed. I think it can be done in both. Turns out it's just one of them. I only found out after arriving and asking the staff. finally had to walk a long way to the other station. the good thing is that it's still a rush

Bought ticket depart at Outer Harbour but ticket counter channel me depart at Taipa Terminal as the time I redeem voucher early one hour from my schedule. There js no information counter in Taipa, staff was poor communication as they didnt know speak English well. Suppose to provide maps template and transportation guidance to tourist who wanted using shuttle bus. Bad experience ever 👎🏻

smooth process no need for any print outs and you can go directly to the security area . . . but i prefer to take the bus, we haven't left the dock but it was already dizzying, i asked for a window seat and the staff put me on a window seat but when i got to my seat the window was completely covered by the design of the jet which added to my feeling 🤢😵‍💫

Was able to board earlier that the selected schedule. Can just display the QR code sent by traveloka and board the ferry. Very convenient!
