good, because it was newly built. nice when we arrived, not too crowded. all the staff were helpful, communication was well established. maybe training is needed for e-car drivers so that their explanations should be clear. in our experience, the first driver was a woman who was not clear, then the male driver explained very clearly about the animals & joked with visitors. that's the only thing lacking..

Overall it is quite entertaining for those who want to find time with family but do not have much time. In addition to the drive thru there are other rides such as LED show, indoor safari jungle, children's games, ostrich show.

The staff are friendly and informative, the shows are cool, the mini playground area for children is free, you can interact directly with the animals.

The rides are too few. Minimal playground facilities or rides. The price if not bundled is too expensive compared to the short rides you get.

Awesome, yesterday the DPR had a 12.12 promo price so it was really cheap. Luckily it wasn't raining there, it was cheap and cheerful with a mini Taman Safari package, I might go there again 😄

fun for kids. parents don't need to tire themselves out walking far. But compared to other Jatim Park areas, here it feels shorter (maybe because of the car ride) I like it the most because I can feed the animals directly :)

friendly staff starting from the information center..tour gate..nice place..clean toilet..but the prayer room and toilet near the water attraction led were off so I couldn't pray and defecate there..e-car didn't have to wait long maybe I'll go there not on the weekend so I can enjoy the rides there..k" can give me animal food directly..
