The staff was friendly with the kids, and they were happy and satisfied even after two hours. The ticket exchange process was also quick and straightforward. However, when I brought my 9-month-old baby in yesterday, I had to show my family card. There was no notification that I had to show my family card. Luckily, I had a photo of my family card on my phone, so the baby was able to enter safely.
