the service on the ship was good, it arrived safely, but when we were on Nusa Penida there were problems with redemption of the ticket because according to their data and from Traveloka there were differences, our names were not listed while we clearly bought from Traveloka, but even so we still can go home. My advice is to be more thorough in recapitulating passenger data

Fast and only takes 15 minutes. There are other boats that take up to 1.5 hours. I really recommend choosing this one

I’m so sorry... too disappointed to care about writing it.

it was really a disappointment! when the boat arrived late for almost an hour, under a HOT scorching sun probably 37 degrees and NO shelter whatsoever except a small umbrella for their staffs, I almost passed out from the heat. but much worse than that is the fact that nobody was helping me while I was with a child and a luggage. ALL of the boat crews stayed on the boat and we must fight the strong currents and big wave to get on board. TERRIBLE service’ expensive but BAD.

Only a 15 minute delay, still a recommendation compared to other speedboats, there is a delay of up to 2 hours. Cry.
