Just under construction

The property was amazing and the staff is incredible.

Water was off for most of the day, could not shower or clean up. They did bring bottled waters once I asked for some. Beds was smaller than a queen and not comfortable at all. Mini fridge leaked the whole time. Water pressure non existent when the water finally came back on. It was a few days there for us, but wouldn’t recommend a stay here.

Was a nice stay building is in the process of being renovated but still very nice rooms are also a very nice size

Positives: the bed was amazingly comfortable and the staff was nice. I was allowed to check in early without an extra fee. Also, the airport shuttle wasn’t available so the hotel did get me an Uber at their expense. Not so positives: the hotel is under construction so you have to go way out of the way to get to and from the rooms. They allegedly have room service but there is no information or menu in the room. There is nothing within walking distance and the only vending machine was for soda. I did eventually find a snack area by the front desk but no one was around so I walked away. Ultimately just went to bed without dinner. Breakfast was confusing. I prepaid a surcharge for breakfast but when I went to get it, I was told i would be charged for my cup of coffee and scrambled eggs (to my room). I was very confused.

The only real issue with the hotel would be that its under construction and only 1 elevator is available. I understand that a business that has chosen to remain open during construction is going to be inconvenience their guests/customers. Now had I stayed before or after construction, I would undoubtedly give this location a 5 star review.

Hotel is under construction but the room was quiet and clean, very comfortable bed too.

Restroom needed repairs

Advertised airport shuttle and that's why I chose Wyndham It was even in my filter. They lied. No shuttle on a Saturday. Restaurant and bar close early. I chose them based on their Advertised lies.

Eden at front desk is amazing, had me in and out in 2 minutes. Room was perfect for a few hours if sleep after a cancelled flight home

The truth about distance to the airport almost made me miss my flight. It is a lot further than “12 miles”

Elevators became inconveniently far because one is out or order due to remodeling

My tv is crooked, it’s not hooked correctly on the wall. There is so much construction outside the property it makes it almost impossible to get here. The back elevator is hidden and hard to find. However, the check in was fast & room was very clean.

Short stay. Staff was great and breakfast was good.

This hotel was very unprofessional and very unorganized
