The air/heat in my room didn’t work and nobody would accommodate me or move my room

We were very pleased with the friendly staff, clean room, comfy beds and amenities. We would definitely stay again!

It was a nice stay. The hotel was clean, the staff was very nice, and the breakfast was a nice affordable addition. In a great location if you’re looking for the mall. The only downside is that it can be very loud with guests in the hallway. I didn’t hear them as much in their rooms, but I did wake up a few times over the loudness in the hall. Would stay again if in the area.

Exactly what was expected for a stay in King of Prussia. Front desk was helpful, and the room was spotless. WOuld be happy to come back again.

The air conditioning wasn’t all that. I had to go buy a fan but overall, the room was really nice and clean

The carpets were old and dirty. The hotel was very basic for the price.

Morning breakfast hot buffet was one of the best I’ve ever seen. It had real eggs which is really important for my family and I.

The staff was very nice, the location was convenient, and the late bar/snacks was helpful, but I think the room could use an upgrade.

Great experience! The location of the hotel and the cleanliness and comfort of the house are all very good! It is worth mentioning that we brought our children to attend a summer camp for 5 days. We forgot to order breakfast when we booked, and we had to pay a higher amount on site. As a result, the handsome guy Elijah at the front desk helped us solve it perfectly. Our whole family is very grateful to him. It is really great to have such an employee in the hotel!

Incredible staff, all very helpful and friendly; hotel is showing some signs of wear, but rooms were very clean; breakfast is normally an additional charge, but we were given tickets, greatly appreciated that; overall a wonderful stay and would do it againg
