Cute hotel!

It wasn’t a horrible stay but some things in the room could be updated.

Horrible staff, rooms were not at all as advertised. AC made a horrible sound all night. Staff didnt seem to care. None had a smile on their face nor were welcoming.

Good, solid, friendly service.

Everything was clean and room temperature was great. Only complaint is the AC noise was so loud. I’ve never heard an AC that loud before. But otherwise everything else is great.

Check in was terrible, not a simple hello how can I help you. They gave me the key with no breakfast voucher, which I was entitled.... No explanation of nothing, here's your key and thats it.

We stayed there during Thanksgiving Holiday. Our room is clean with daily room cleaning and fresh & dry towels. The amenities are great too. The hotel has a decent size indoor pool , outdoor pool, and gym. We enjoyed so much. Besides that, the food is fairly good at their equipped restaurant. Overall, we will definitely book again.

Checked all the boxes for a good stay. Great breakfast value when the $10 breakfast voucher. Delish hot buffet. It's worth it. Without the voucher it's 54.20 for 2

The restaurant is actually really good, Starbucks moved quickly; however the rooms could use some updating

The property was great, everyone very nice and accommodating. It always seemed like the rooms were a little warm, no matter what the temperature was on. I made a complaint that my room smelled like sewage, and management moved me right away. I would differently recommend this hotel, and stay here again. So many different places to eat within walking distance, and different places to shop in the area.

The property was close to most of our destinations.The staff were very friendly. Checking in was a breeze. Our room was always cleaned. I have no dislikes about this hotel.

The beds were hard and pillows were so soft there was no support with even 3 pillows. The hot tub water was brown it was so dirty. I was defiantly expecting more from this hotel.

Breakfast and coffee were very average !

Best fun is the Atrium Elevator Staff were helpful and polite - food was great. Enjoyed stay . . . LOVED the Shower

i liked the parking and the elevators. i disliked that we had no closet, the lighting in the room was terrible, and a couple of the outlets didn’t work.
