Pluses: inexpensive, pet friendly, free breakfast, across the street from Heavenly village. Minuses: Key cards didn't work twice, no parking near our room but paid $10 per night for parking as it's not included, there was no bedding on two of the bunk beds in our room and had to have someone bring it to the room and make the beds up ourselves.

Cons: no closet to hang clothing, only dressers. Doesn’t mention anywhere that you’d have to pay 10$ for parking inside the hotel per day! Wish I would’ve known this prior to booking. And not be told on the day of check-in. Pros: decent sized rooms and clean. Their free breakfast was the best! Lots to choose from (waffles/bagels/bacon/muffins…)and all surprisingly very good. Their greeter could’ve been better at seating customers and taking note who came first though.

Great location, but they spent more money on their marketing photos and website than the rooms. It's a run-of-the-mill old Motel-6 style 2-story hotel, with very thin walls (you can hear every conversation and TV next to your room, plus the traffic and parking lot). The rooms are adequate - nothing special, but comfortable enough other than the noise. Self-Parking is $10, but they seem to sell more parking passes than spots, so good luck finding a place to park if you come back in the evening. The location is incredible though - right across from the Heavenly Gondola, very walkable.

My room had bed bugs and they didn’t seem concerned at all , also not offering any compensation almost seem like they be defensive when I literally got over 5 bites on my body I was so confused waking up 5 in the morning scratching wondering if I was having a allergic reaction but then I literally seen the actual bed bug

Everything was great until the maid opened my door at 10:20 am !! And check out is at 11 am , that is not ok !!

The front desk staff was very helpful and the location is good. It’s a solid basic place to stay.

The staff was great. The decor was charming. However the magnetic door locks were malfunctioning. Three trips to the lobby to eventually get in to my room.

There were a couple things they advertised on their website that they didn’t offer once we got there. They no longer charge the resort fee, which is good because it’s a basic hotel stay, nothing “resort” about it. But they do charge a $20 parking fee which says is included on their website. They also advertise a free drink from their attached restaurant, which they no longer do. It was disappointing that some of their perks that would make you book, are the exact things they no longer offer. Frustrating to find out once we got there and had already paid for the hotel.

all the staff were real people who made you feel like that they enjoy making your stay enjoyable. nice to see these days. had a good time talking to them.

The bathroom shower was really bad there was no room

The accommodation was nice and convenient to everything with in walking distance. However it was a pet friendly and the room had carpet and there were dog stains on the carpet. It would have been much better had the room had tile on the floor.

From check in to check out the staff was great.

Booked Mountain View but got parking lot view instead, which you could see the mountains if you stood in the parking lot ;( Room was very spacious, beds were comfortable, but The carpet has seen better days. Bathroom was big , a lot of room for ski/snow gear,but the showers are extremely small. Breakfast was included, it was good lots of options to chose from. Booking included reception hour from 4 to close, 1 well drink or draft beer which was nice but tavern closed a hour earlier than posted. There’s a resort fee but no amenities, no pool /spa or fitness center, not sure why they call it a resort fee, just an extra charge not sure for what. Overall it was ok for the price just expect extra $40 for the resort fee.
