Nice for big families, the rooms are very spacious! It’s also a short walking distance to DisneyLand, which is literally right across the street. In addition the hotel was very clean and the staff were nice.

Loved the 2 bedroom suite since it had 2 queen beds and a bathroom in one room and a king bed and sleeper sofa with sitting area in the other room. You can hear people moving around on other floors and the fireworks from Disney are loud if you want to go to sleep before 9:30pm.

Great place to stay!

Doors on rooms facing Harbor Blvd need to be repaired or replaced. They do not close/seal completely, leading to cold air and excessive street noise getting into the room.

Wonderful property

This hotel was great. Clean, updated rooms, very large space. Parking was valet and kind of inconvenient when in a hurry with small children. Staff was great, pool was clean, hot tub is tiny. Would stay again.

We have stayed here in the past prior to the upgrade of rooms. We like this hotel and convenient location close to entrance to Disneyland, and close food options. Our only issue was the quality of the furniture and the air units. The furniture (sofa, curved love seats, and chair) were extremely uncomfortable to sit on. The air units were loud and made a loud rattling sound, making it hard to sleep. We also miss the complimentary breakfast area they had on the lower level. The maid service was not complete. We have always raved about this hotel, making it hard to write this review. We hope for improvement.

Location is great. About 6 minutes walk to Disneyland. Hotel rooms are cleaned. Easy checking in and out. Would stay here again when visiting Disneyland.

Great access to the parks, such a short walk. Guest laundry for $2 per wash cycle and per dry cycle open 7am-10pm. Staff were fantastic and very helpful. Not sure if they offer breakfast as we didn’t have that included in our stay. The only downside is the noise, you can hear everything from your next door neighbour and from traffic and people down the street. No soundproofing what so ever. Outdated heating/cooling system and not very comfortable bedding or pillows. You don’t stay here for luxury or comfort unfortunately, it is simply for the convenience of quick access to the parks. I would return to this property potentially, but I think I’d try one of the neighbouring hotels on the next trip and see how they compare first.

It is the best hotel near Disneyland. I love the room it is spacious and really close. The only thing is they don’t really do housekeeping, they only take out your trash and put towels which is good enough.

We have stayed here the last 3 years, they used to offer breakfast but apparently have discontinued that feature. We had an excellant view of Disneyland and fireworks! Only issue I had trouble everynight getting my door open

Room was at the rear of the property so basically doubled the walk time to the park. Room is really comfortable.

We didn't get to check in and they didn't issue a refund. Room wasn't ready and we had to leave
