Nice hotel, and good location. Hotel is well maintained, room was very good, everything worked, apart from the TV, nothing broken, staff were very good. I had 2 issues, paid for a breakfast inclusive package, which was sold to me on the basis of a choice of one main meal and a continental style buffet. Main restaurant was out of action, so moved to the downstairs restaurant, and for some reason, despite plenty of room, they had no buffet, apart from of a choice of two juices and an apple or banana, so was less than impressed, you would think they would at the least comp me for barista coffee or put a credit on my account but no. The hot food was good, but after 4 days at the hotel, was thinking I would kill for a bowl of cereal and a couple of pieces of toast and jam. The second issue related to the TV, it was great, very large, clear picture and new, but I hadn't been able to work out how to get local channels, so no idea of local news or weather. I spoke to reception and explained my problem, so they sent the maint guy up very quickly, and as soon as he saw it, he said, oh that's one of the new ones we can't work it out either :) It was a nice hotel and would probably stay there again, just wouldn't bother with the breakfast.
