Very nice place to stay.

Just a place to sleep, it is not a great hotel. I don't typically like rooms where the door is outside. The floor was sticky in the room.

Guy at front desk was prompt at handling a plumbing problem

I wasn't a fan of what I saw. We checked out the same day we checked in.

Needed updating.

It was convenient to everything I needed to do.

The lady at check in was very nice as well gentleman at check out. The issues that I had was we had three rooms on reservation and was charged deposit at time of check in and promised deposit upon departure and still have not received this back on my card. One of the rooms had no shower curtain or hot water but when reported they was quick about this. I would probably not stay here again, but for some it may be ideal! The breakfast does not have a great selection either! The coffee is like water too!

I had to fix the toilet twice; I killed a bug in the bathtub, our key cards stopped working after the first night; the remote controls are not functioning and have no clear instructions as to which buttons work and which do not. It would be great customer service to place 2 water bottles in the room to use with the coffee pot or for someone to take medicine. There is no water served at the continental breakfast. Thankfully we could walk to the Sonic.

The check in lady was not friendly and had an attitude and the room was very dingy and dirty looking. The lamp had a spider web or cob web something on it and it just felt old and not safe

Pool was nice during the time we was allowed in it.

This was not a good experience. Our toilet would not flush so we called the front desk and they sent a man who could not speak a word of English so he had no idea what we were saying. He did something to the handle and as soon as he left it broke again. We had to take the cover off the back of the toilet each time we used it. Another guest said their tv didn't work.

Beautiful pool. Comfy clean room.

The floors were filthy, took a shower and walked to the bed and my feet were already dirty, says free breakfast, not true, boxed cereal, gallon of milk, and coffee, that's all

Rooms were dirty, the floors were disgusting, was told pool would be opened and it wasn't it looked like it hasn't been taken care of in months it was so horrible and the water was so green it looked black! We asked for extra towels, being there was only enought in the room for one person and told they had none to give extra. Was told there would be breakfast and oj/apple juice and there was nothing except dry cereal and the coffee was like drinking water! This was a very bad experience for me and my family! Not worth the cost spent.I am not the only customer who has experienced this, there was many photos taken.

Friendly service clean. You can tell the property is older but good price for a couple nights sleep.

Room and bathroom very clean. Beds comfortable.

At check in a child was at the front desk and had to run to get the employee to check me in. I asked for additional towels and requested no service and was questioned for the reasons. The towels were very rough and the towel for the floor when you get out of the shower was stained.

The man at the desk was so kind and patient and helpful!
