Poor service, cleaning is not okay. On the way back to check out, no staff came to ask questions like when checking in. No hotel staff came to clean during the stay. I would like to see improvements.

I couldn't sleep. There was a knocking sound in the room. I usually don't have a sense of smell, but the night I stayed there, I couldn't sleep at all. There was the sound of Thai music at night. I woke up in the morning and tried to open the curtains, but ended up seeing a temple view. 😭

The staffs are helpful and take good care of us. The room is clean. I would like to recommend the staffs to not forget to knock on the door every time before entering the guest room because we bought a late check out but the maid opened the door and came in without knocking and it was not yet time for us to check out.

ห้องพักสะอาด พนักงานทุกคนน่ารักมาก อาจจะเริ่มเก่าไปหน่อย เดินๆเเล้วหลงบ้าง เเต่ประทับใจทุกครั้งที่เข้ามาพัก ลืมถ่ายรูปอาหารเช้า อาหารเช้าอร่อยเเละ เยอะมาก

翌朝シェムリアップへの飛行機に乗るためにこのホテルを利用しました。前日スワンナプーム空港に着いたのが19時半ころ、それから空港のシャトルバス移動してホテルに着いたのは21時半、食事をしにドンムアン空港内のフードコートに出掛けたのは22時過ぎでした。空港直結のホテルなので安心して利用できとてもいい立地です。ホテルのスタッフも皆さん親切で対応も早かったです。また機会があれば利用したいです。

Cet hôtel est très pratique, il est en face de l’aéroport. Nous avions un vol très tôt le matin. Ce qui nous a permis de gagner du temps, l’hôtel est très confortable et ainsi que la piscine.
