Don't stay here! Room was dirty, sink needed to be replaced, tp holder was almost solid rust. The a/c unit didn't work the first night. We reported it the next morning and they replaced it with a newer unit that worked great. Why were we given a room with faulty a/c in the first place??? The breakfast was good, but the manager removed my toast from the toaster WITH HIS BARE HAND and gave it to me. NO! Hands off my food! Gross! He also told us the place had been sold, so I hope the new owners renovate it and get the quality up to where it needs to be. It doesn't matter to us, because we won't be back.

Don't stay here! I would give this zero stars if I could. Extremely dirty, broken concrete leading up to the door of our room, disgusting interior. Looked nice on expedia, but was totally fooled. Cancelled w/o refund and went elsewhere. Not good for family. Tiny rooms, bathroom door didn't work.

I was disappointed with my stay. It was not at all what I'm used to experiencing compared to other higher end hotels. I would not stay here again unless I couldn't book any place better. It is dated and just a place to book if you're looking for somewhere cheap to rest for a few days. Since it's in Branson, that's a positive.

We got the 2 queen bed, non smoking room. It was very clean, comfortable and quiet. There were 4 pillows on each bed, unlike some places who only give you 2 pillows per bed. There breakfast as good and plentiful. The coffee at breakfast was delicious! The staff was extremely helpful, courteous and professional. The shower head was very good with an adjustable pressure and style of shower. Plenty of hot water. We will stay here again.

This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The room was musty and moldy. When you walk in- you immediately regret your decision to stay. First thing I did was check the beds for bugs because it was absolutely disgusting and I didn’t even use the blankets. The sheets were dirty and gross. Tossed and turned all night because the bed was uncomfortable and unsanitary. The light barely worked. I wouldn’t even walk on the floor barefoot because they are so dirty. They don’t have a satisfaction guarantee, so would not refund. I felt like my health and safety were at risk. The pool was ice cold, so I spent $150 for a disgusting room and would not return if you paid me to. This place will go out of business if they don’t change their ways.
