Great experience. Beautiful.hotel in a perfect location. Staff is extremely friendly and the complimentary breakfast and happy hour with many hors dourves are a perfect dinner.

Safe quiet and comfortable

Fell in love with this hotel. If you can, get the suite so you can have the beautiful view. Breakfast, happy hour, tea in the sitting area, everything was perfect. We stayed with 2 other couples and they also loved their stay. We will definitely stay here again.

Second time - always impeccable service - complete luxury

I loved our three day getaway for my birthday. We had the suite, which was very nicely decorated Uncomfortable. Complementary morning, breakfast and evening wine tasting exceeded expectations. We never ordered room service so I can’t comment on that but we never needed to Hotel also included extra nice touches like complementary biscotti, high-end tees, and fabulous Bulgari bath products. The hotel is also very well staffed from the front desk, housekeeping restaurant, drivers Everyone was exceptional. It would be hard to find a better staffed hotel. They also supply eco-friendly glass water bottles filled with filter water The location is beautiful and quiet The glassware in China in the room is lovely quality My only negative comment would be that I wish the guest closet could accommodate an evening gown. It just wasn’t tall enough. But I used the hook in the bathroom meant for the robes. Not ideal but it worked.

The team at the hotel were a delight. The room was wonderful, the bed was extremely comfortable and the little gifts were a lovely touch.

I love this hotel so much, not only because we got married the weekend we stayed here but I was just honestly blown away by the entire property and service we received. This hotel is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in!! The suite was just so perfect and clean. The complimentary items from the fresh fruit plate to the Carmel popcorn, I was in awe. I would stay here again and again because of the staff; every person was so welcoming and said hello. The bellman Francis was the absolute sweetest and so so helpful, he’s fantastic. This is my favorite hotel in San Francisco and I will only ever stay here when in the city again. 10/10!

I felt like a princess! This hotel is first class from start to finish. The rooms are appointed nicely, so comfy and clean. Every staff member I met was exceptionally nice and attentive. I really didn't want to leave! Such a wonderful find and made our trip to San Francisco very special. Cannot recommend enough.
