The TV in the room did not work at all, the door out to our balcony would not open and was stuck - room 511.
On top of that, we were on the 5th floor which has an exclusive lounge for those who stay on the 5th floor. They do a free continental breakfast there- however, our room keys (that worked for our door) would not work to get us in the 5th floor lounge/snack & breakfast room, so we missed out on that benefit but sure paid a hefty price to stay at this hotel for one night.
My husband went down to the front desk where he expressed our dissatisfaction in our stay and he was told we would be awarded points to our Bonifay account. I actually booked with Expedia and not Bonifay- when I looked at my account, I have been awarded NO points. Shocker!
The hotel is in a good location and right off of i75.
