I was told I have to pay $53 a night for parking even though I was not told upfront. The facility is old, underwhelming and very basic … the price I paid was very not competitive to what other hotels offer around the beach. One good thing is the breakfast setup and staff. Very friendly food staff. Not the experience o was wanting or expecting. Not coming back

A/c didn’t work and the door kept sticking

Great location, nicely maintained rooms and walkability score from downtown. Areas of improvement would be better carpet or no carpet rooms since it was quite moist with humidity. Staff was quite friendly and quick to respond. Breakfast chef was excellent

Had a small issue but mgmt fixed it quickly and moved to new room. Rest of the trip was a breeze!

The parking fee was unbelievable that poor employees lucky were given tip??

The hotel was slightly older and smaller, but a lovely room that suited all our needs for the 2 nights before our cruise. Lots of walkable things to do but also close to public transportation. Food was ok in hotel lobby restaurant but handy to have after a full day of travelling. Room was clean and there were a few amenities, gym, pool with terrace and our room had a balcony overlooking parking but still nice to enjoy the outdoor space.

Location is great. Close to shopping, beach and food options. However the property is very outdated. The room entry door handle was impossible to open with just one hand. I had to put down all my belongings before trying to open the door because it wouldn’t unlatch to open. The balcony’s are scary looking and the patio door lock would not lock. Ice machines were only on even numbered floors so I had to move across floors for ice. Pool towels were never available when needed.

Very friendly staff and convenient. Had to valet my car as they did not have self parking. A little pricey but I’m guessing that’s standard for Waikiki. Cars were retrieved quickly and overall, a pleasant experience.

Property was lovely, great views and walking distance to beach. Unfortunately, was woken up very, very early by striking staff with megaphones.

The staff was great. Room was great and spacious for our family.

The check in staff was nice and most of the valet staff was pleasant to interact with. Overall the place was clean but housekeeping was very inconsistent. There were days when they would knock on our door at 10am and others when they wouldn’t come until 4 or 5 pm. The general feel of the hotel was older but clean. There were a ton of places to eat and shop within walking distance so that was a benefit since self park isn’t an option.

The hotel overall was great. Lots of eatery options both in the hotel and surrounding areas. The staff was wonderful. My only complaint was there were roaches!!! For the cost of the room there should NOT have been roaches!!

First room smelled like a fish tank , and second room carpet was soggy . Only thing good about this stay was the bell service employee

No have beers for sales. Restric hourly restaurant.
