Very nice place - clean, comfortable, convenient. Only thing that bothered me was the loud heater. Online check in was useless in saving time. Still had to do all usual steps at check in. Very good breakfast.

Amazing staff, very clean and scenic place. Parking is very convenient and basically infront of you room on the ground floor.

Clean and spacious room. Great and beautiful location just on the edge of lake ( Best for summer ). Noise if you're on ground floor. Very comfortable bed and mattress. Shower water was not hot ( not even warm ).😊

Only negative was the heater coming on through the night. A little noisy for a light sleeper. Otherwise, a lovely place to stay.

We stayed in the renovated rooms and even the renovated rooms were cramped and smelly. We tried changing rooms but there weren’t any better options.

Only issue is the ckeaning staff in the morning bangung and moving furniture around very loudly. This seems to be worse on the lower level rooms.

Stayed for 3 nights, and location is quiet for the area. My children enjoyed the Canal view. Although the room was cleaned daily, there was still an Ant problem.

Lower level room listened to the person above us pace for the whole night heard every step through the ceiling; tv connection wasn’t that great and would have to restart it often. Not enough blankets and were quite thin. Not enough cups; two in the room and it was two queens so could have used 4. The breakfast was delicious but could be better coffee

What I liked was waking up pulling the curtains back and seeing the river, it was so peaceful and quit. The food and service in the dinning room was very good. We are from Windsor staying at the Ramada to be with family during our Dad's funeral. It was a pleasant, cozy place to return to after our busy days. Thank you. Linda

The balcony door was open when I arrived. Glad I checked the night before I went to bed. The room overall was great. There was a spill I had to clean up though since the floor was sticky. No shampoo, only conditioner and soap. Glad I had earplugs since the building is not very soundproof. Staff were great. Breakfast was okay but got better through the week. Property is great.

Lovely staff, clean room, hearty breakfast. The restaurant is excellent. Delicious dinner. I highly recommand this hotel.
