Just a quick trip and one night stay.

I stay here often and is a great hotel!

I paid thru Expedia and was charged appropriately and then charged almost $800 more on a different credit card that I gave for incidentals. I didn’t purchase anything but 1 day of internet. Now back home and a couple of time zones away I have to deal with the hassle of getting a credit because the new guy messed up. Not too happy about that.

Beds are very uncomfortable and you can hear the plumbing and everything going on in the room next to you. Other than that staff was amazing and the place is so clean and nice looking.

My first room was freezing and the heat wouldn’t work so I asked to be transferred. The second room was very cold as well but slowly heated up to about 71 but I had to set it to 84 for it to go from 60-71 over night. I found hair pins on the floor which means they probably didn’t vacuum after the last person stayed here

Everyone was very nice and easy to work with. The room was perfectly clean and the beds were comfortable. I was with my sister and we both felt safe in the hotel and parking garage, as it was well-lit. I would definitely go back.

It was amazing they upgraded us to have access to the 19th floor where we had access to cocktails and free breakfast!
