Very central, friendly staff

Jo at the front desk was just so friendly, engaging and helpful. Our room was updated and modern with plenty of space. Hotel was quiet and allowed for a great night’s sleep. The bar had great drinks with a lovely staff that took pride in their service.

Excellent gym revived me

I was in NYC again to see some theatre, and have tried many hotels. This may be my new favorite. The women at the front desk handled whatever needed to happen (check in/out, get a cab, store bags, etc.) with ease. They shared their name and used mine in a way that was friendly, not sales-y. They worked in a way to show that I was an important guest, without being frantic. I saw they treated everyone this way. A subtle difference that I never see anymore, they came out from behind the desk and walked me to where I needed to go, they didn't just point and wish me well. The room was large, pristine, and the whole hotel smelled wonderful. I would gladly stay again.

11 Years of coming to this hotel has only gotten better every time I stay here! John the Manager and his staff are absolutely family for me!!

We took a chance staying away from Times Square and are so glad we did. This is a terrific hotel. We stayed in a suite because there were three of us and it was perfect. The pull out couch is as comfortable as a pull out couch can be, but still good. There was a minimal complementary breakfast (muffins and coffee), so I’d like more options, but otherwise we have absolutely no complaint. We felt so safe. And communication was perfect! Thank you for our stay!!

We loved our stay at the Bryant Park Hotel. It’s really in the perfect location. The staff were friendly and accommodating especially John and Shannon! The rooms were beautiful and clean. We’ll definitely be back.
