Front desk very accommodating, had pack n play set up. Room was somewhat spartan, sparkling tap water did not work, no breakfast (unlike booking straight through hotel), no black out shades. Overall a nice stay.

Wonderful staff, extremely dog-friendly and very welcoming of our puppy who came with us. Lovely accommodations!

Lovely hotel perfect location.

Hotel had a few things not working as well as they should. Took way too long for hot water in sinks and shower. The lights would automatically dim after a short time in an already poorly lit room.

Beautiful hotel right onnthe square. Excellent location. Friendly staff and comfortable environment. Would return here for sure!

The HH has had some tough times, but has regained its mojo. The remodeled rooms have picked up the experience. The service at the pool bar is now from pizzando rather than the back bar, so that's a little of a bummer, but overall 4 stars , up from 2 previously.

This hotel is a very well managed property. They are very concerned about their guest and anticipate their need. Staff is good There is just a good feeling in the hotel. Area is great for walking the town and the square is a half bloke a way. If your in the wine country this is a good place to call home

The Hotel Healdsburg was a wonderful place to stay in wine country. The hotel was well appointed with excellent service. Our room was attractive and clean. It has a great location right on the plaza surrounded by charming shops—great for an afternoon stroll. We also enjoyed the pool.

Ideal location for exploring wine country. Fantastic continental breakfast in the warm welcoming lobby area. The cozy fireplace is a plus. An easy walk to shopping and dining.
