The staff were great. Friendly and efficient. The hotel is under renovation. So the lobby and main floor areas were under some construction The room we were in has been renovated. Clean , fresh and new. Nice size.

This was an overnight stop for travel home. The Hampton served the purpose admirably and the room was excellent. Even with the lobby being under renovation the staff did their best to work around it. We would stay again.

Entire first floor was under renovation. Expedia didn’t share that detail. Would have been nice to know Expedia.

There was a blade left in our bathroom from the renovation, and it smelt like vinegar. The pool tile/grout was disgusting and needs to be bleached asap. Did not feel clean walking around or using the pool

The hotel was decent and the area was handy being next to lots of other hotels and businesses. The staff was friendly. Breakfast was pretty good for continental. My only reason for not giving more stars was the condition of the hotel. Lots of worn down carpeting and tired furnishings. Also a full open can of garbage right out front of our door. I expected a bit more after seeing all the great reviews.

Had a great quick mini holiday with the family

Our body wash pump was empty and there was a dried drop of coffee on our counter by the coffee maker that we didn't put there. Orherwise, we lived the room and enjoyed our stay

Not quite the Hilton Quality I was expecting, but a reasonable place to stay for a reasonable price. The common areas are in mediocre condition and are reasonably clean, but more like a doubletree than a Hilton.

We were pleased to find a room that could accommodate our family of 5 for a reasonable price. We do think that for a room meant to sleep up to 6 people, more than 3 bath towels should be stocked in the room. We enjoyed the pool/hot tub/waterslide. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The mattress on the hide-a-bed was terrible so my 10 year-old ended up sleeping on the couch and was much more comfortable that way. Breakfast was good with a variety of options, including some hot items. The location was convenient and overall we enjoyed our night and thought it was an excellent price for what was included (we booked through Expedia).

I stayed there for three nights, and during my stay, the housekeeping staff neither emptied the garbage bin nor replaced the towels. I raised a complaint on the second night, but nothing was done to address the issue.
