We booked 4 rooms and they were able to keep us relatively close together as requested.
My room had a damp smell at the beginning, I think due to the shower curtain. We opened the window for a day and was ok after that. The other 3 rooms didn’t have this problem at all (probably because the other rooms had a little upgrade in the bathroom, glass panel instead of shower curtain).
Service and staff were friendly. One of us was coeliac and they were able to provide gluten free bread, biscuits, muffins for breakfast. Which was really nice. Breakfast included egg, bacon, bake beans, mushroom, fresh and canned fruits, basic cereal, pastries and coffee etc.
The pool isn’t heated so it’s too cold for us to use. There are two lifts so no issues waiting for the lifts.
Rooms are spacious, we ordered the one with kitchen. Kitchen had all the essential cooking utensils. We were able to make simple meals. All the beds including the sofa bed was comfortable. Pillows could do with some upgrade.
