Facilities and location are great. Easy to park and lots of public transport options so easily taking them to get to everywhere.

Nice place to stay out away from Paris.

Comfortable stay that served our purpose well

The shining point on this hotel is the staff. Alicia, who is a marvelous front desk agent and very knowledgeable of the transportation system through the metro, is very helpful in all possible ways. Hotel is kept clean and the area is quite. Breakfast is superb! The drawback is that, despite claiming being close to the center, is in fact not taking traffic jams into consideration. This hotel is around 35 to 55 minutes away from the center (it could be more depending on traffic conditions) It has a very closeby shopping mall, the Velizy 2 Centre Comercial. I recommend if distance from center is not a determining factor.

Nice hotel close bus stop and tram service, you can reach central Paris within an hour. Hotel is safe and welcoming for family. Will stay again.

The room is spacious. The check-in process is super smooth. The hotel is very close to a huge shopping mall.

It’s a great place to stay just a bit far from the center of Paris

This hotel is located in a quiet but safe area. The tram is a few steps away and you can hop on to go to Velizy2 shopping center in 5 minutes. Velizy2 is a very big shopping mall which has everything you want (and need) including AuChan Supermarket. The staff is so friendly and nice, specially the man with moustache at the front desk who speak very well three languages (French, Spanish & English).

Spacious and comfortable room. Quiet and convenient location.to Valizy Shopping Mall and supermarket. Friendly and helpful staffs. We really enjoy our 4-night stay there while visiting Paris, Versailles and Giverny.

Hotel is 1 hour from Paris. Staff got us lost when we asked how to get to Paris. The staff were rude if you asked them to do anything. Room had issues. Air conditioning didn't work, broken bathroom fan, toilet smelled.

Great base to visit different parts of Versailles. Easy 10 min walk to big shopping centre and food outlet.

I like the breakfast buffet very much.

Check out is advertised for 12:00pm but an employee opened our room door at 9am without knocking while we were sleeping. There is no way to lock the door to prevent staff from coming in and they do not have “do not disturb” door signs. The employee opened our door again a second time about an hour later. When I questioned him, he asked what time we were checking out, to which I replied 12:00pm. Regardless, he still opened the door a THIRD TIME around 11:00am. We told the front desk upon checkout and they said it wasn’t normal procedure.

Air conditioner (Ing) is very poor in terms of output so room was unbelievably warm. Some staff very helpful while others are downright rude and overbearing. Toilet is like an airplane toilet so small is an understatement.

Tv didn’t work, phone didn’t work, air conditioner didn’t work. Bathroom fan didn’t work. No usb charger outlets for phones. Thank goodness we had electricity and water. I felt like I was in third world country and not France. Quite shocked to be honest.
