I enjoyed my stay here. Would stay again. The lady at checkout was very helpful and efficient. I recommend this hotel and service.

Super convenient if you are into the more cultural museum area. Fairly easy to get to the red light district as only two stops on the metro. The staff at this hotel made it. Very friendly, extremely helpful and very welcoming.

Friendly and helpful staff, hotel is dated, room was small. Shower was nice, hot breakfast items were not hot!

It was great, super clean, and comfortable. The staff are kind and helpful. The location is great Just notice that you have to pay a 100 euro deposit, but they will refund it next day you leave.

Very quick check in with friendly staff. My double room was upgraded to a spacious triple room. Very comfortable bed, good facilities - desk, seating, fridge. Safe deposit box.

Everything about this stay was great. Daily housekeeping. Coffee/tea/kettle in room. Great big window for fresh air. The staff were very kind and welcoming. The only thing to note is that the elevator stops at the 3rd floor; so if you get a 4th floor room then you will have to go up one flight of stairs. Great location. Overall great value and stay in Amsterdam!

My stay at the concert hotel was enjoyable. For the price and location, it was the perfect hotel for me to book in Amsterdam. I would recommend anyone looking for an affordable hotel and not too far outside of the city to book here

The whole experience was great

The staff was incredible. They went out of their way to make my stay positive. The single room is small but functional. I did have a nice view. Breakfast was good with many options and they made me breakfast to go when I left early. The location is very convenient to public transport, including the bus to the airport at Schiphol.

A couple of steps above a dump, really. Mirror light over the micro sink didn’t work, safe didn’t work properly, Light switch at door didn’t work. There was one pillow on the twin bed which was as thick and hard as an upholstered chair pillow. Paper-thin walls with thumping and screaming children. Breakfast was pretty decent, with hot items, but coffee was horrible. I would give it 2.5 stars, but not 3.

We had a lovely stay, with a warm welcome and a nice spacious room for us and our 2 children

Wonderful place with friendly and hard-working staff. My only issue was that my room was on the first floor, next to the janitor's closet and dining area. At night, I heard someone pull things from the closet, making a loud noise from either the dining area or the closet. I woke up several times. So, you would request a room not next to the dining room and maybe upper floors.

Hotel was very good, but I was paying on arrival and I was surprised that there was an addtional 4% surcharge for paying with a Visa Debit card.

Dirty ,outdated property. Highly overpriced. Excellent location.

Great location for a budget hotel. No air conditioning but a fan was provided. If window was open, you could hear some traffic. Staff were very polite and helpful. Tram on the corner. Only negative was the hard pillows. They took some getting used to.
