Really big room, there is a living room, dining table, kitchen, 2 point refrigerator, microwave, washing machine, there are 3 TVs, bathroom there is a bathtub. But the English receptionist is bad, you have to use google translate. The hotel lobby is a bit hidden, which is behind a kind of mall and rather dark so it's a bit unsure, even though it's really easy, the benchmark across the mcd is there is a shopping mall, the hotel lobby is behind the shopping mall.

I booked 2 rooms, then when I and family arrived we found that 1st room was okay but the other one had the ac was not working properly. I complained to the lobby because the ac was broken and then the receptionist gave us the portable ac. We could not accept that because at that time the weather was very hot and we asked for changing the room. The receptionist said that all the room are fully booked, and I checked straight away using this apps and still lots of rooms are available. How come they lied to us! Not professional at all. Yes, after all they gave us new room...but after they lied and we showed the proof that they just lied!!!

I ordered the deluxe twin bed room when I checked in, the receptionist said it was replaced with a big room, I was confused and I asked if I got a charge or not? he said no. Got an awesome room suite rooms (hotel promotions), everything is clean start from all around room condition, towels, bathroom, toiletries are good. I got 2 beds which is each bed size for a double bed. So awesome hotel with cheaper price for 4 star hotel. Although without breakfast. No prob for us. Thanks
