We always stop here when we drive to the U.K. and then home again. The hotel is easy to find, ample parking and has clean and comfortable rooms. The staff are incredibly helpful and we’ve never had a bad stay. Will be back again in a couple of months on our way home.

Complimentary breakfast, staff was helpful

We were not able to control Air Conditioning and the heat was on, I opened the windows but then it started raining and I was left with no option than to try to sleep. Wi-fi does not reach the rooms which is necessary. Other than that the hotel is good and the staff very friendly

A great enjoyable stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We ate at the hotel restaurant, it was excellent. The prices were reasonable and the staff was super helpful. A great stay.

Rooms were great, clean, safe, staff upon checking in were great, friendly and informative. Food in their restaurant was fabulous.

This was our destination hotel, close to Ferrari and Pavarotti museums. It was excellent. The food in the restaurant fof both dinner and breakfasts was wonderful

Always a pleasure to stay here. The rooms are spacious and clean and the beds and pillows are so comfortable. Our fourth stay at this hotel and we will certainly be back again.

This is not our first stay. We stayed 40 ago at the old Fini at the old city. The restaurant is excellent and well priced. I look forward for my next stay in the area

It’s not exactly in the heart of things!

clean, quiet. friendly staff, easy in and out from autostrada

I stayed here twice while on a solo 5,000 kms motorcycle tour of Europe. By the time I got here, I'd completed about 1600kms in 2 days, and needed rest. For the first time on the trip, I got a great night's sleep. The rooms are clean, large, quiet with excellent bathroom facilities. My only complaint is that there's no main light in the room, it's all lamps in corners which means when you're trying to unpack at night, or pack early in the morning you literally can't see inside your bags without resorting to the torch/flashlight on your phone.

Srry but for more then 200$ a night, this is very bad. This is not a 4 star, max 3! Simple room, very bad bed, matras is so hard you can better sleep on rooms are in other buildings the main. I would suggest to have dinner here and take other hotel. Dinner is amazing, really good.

Our second stay in 6 weeks on our road trip to and from the U.K. Lovely hotel and perfect for our dog. The barman made me a delicious Asperol Spritz. Would stay again and definitely recommend.

Cost effective hotel

Great value! Wonderful breakfast choices, good price at bar ($5 Aperol Spritz), clean room, free parking, its own & other restaurants nearby. Only negative -hard bed.

You d need a car to stay here and see Modena and visit an Acetaia but we’ll worth it

Ideal location for my needs, close to Modena and Maranello. A very comfortable modern hotel, with a very good restaurant. Provided all the facilities needed and staff were friendly, efficient and accommodating. Will return.

This hotel was perfect. We arrived a bit early, but they had no problem giving our 2 rooms earlier than the check-in time. It has more than 80 rooms and the rooms are very spacious, modern and well equiped. There are plenty of free parking on the premises.The hotel is half way between Bologne and Modena and it was a perfect option for us. The breakfast was big.
