Keeping it short and sweet everything was great. The rooms were clean and looked like a lot of stuff was recently updated/replaced. The staff were all very friendly and nice to speak with. Special shout out to Sherry who really brought back the meaning of hospitality where it is not seen much these days. The breakfast was above average for holiday inn express. I think they had more hot food options than I typically see and they were actually decent. This has become my hotel to stay at when I'm in Okeechobee.

I gotta say I was very disappointed with this hotel. Our room was on the 4th floor literally went upstairs and immediately wanted to leave. The smell of humidity and mold as if the air had not been on in a long time was over powering. The room seemed damp. To say the least I wasn’t there even an hour and I checked out didn’t care that I would get charged for the night and went to another hotel. This hotel really needs to be inspected. The only good thing was the staff was very friendly.

This place is great! The ladies running lobby were very friendly, but ended up overcharging us. We should have checked the bill! Don’t let their friendliness screw you out of 100 bucks!

Nice and Quiet rooms were clean and the staff mildly friendly, older lady at the front desk not very hospitable. Breakfast was typical IGH but it was fresh and clean and the lady serving greeted me as I walked in. Decent hotel and would stay here again. If you are wanting to use the pool probably should go somewhere else. They are allowing people to use the pool that are not guest. Small pool and completely full of people from here in town. It’s hot and I understand but the pool is for people paying to stay at the hotel. The locals in the pool were friendly, approximately 20 of them, but left NO room for anyone else. It was more like a city pool than a hotel pool. Parking lot is large but if you’re in a truck with RV, boat or trailer, you may or may not fit.

I came here for one night, I love the bathrooms, I love the bedrooms, very clean environment, great customer service, great food.
