Breakfast was bad, pool was dirty, professional staff.

Quiet, friendly space. Breakfast, though not diverse, with square noodles, fried bread, ... (optional) but very delicious. The most impressive thing in Hoi An Sala Hotel is that the receptionist is round, very cute and welcoming. She guides the attractions very enthusiastically and thoughtfully. The next morning, when the family was having breakfast, she went to the cafeteria to say goodbye to everyone because she had finished her shift and made everyone feel very warm. Not every hotel is comfortable, luxurious that people will like, what they remember is to make customers feel like they are at home, with their loved ones.
