The 2 rooms We stayed need a ferfreshment, however they have a specific vibe anyway. The area is good and even too good - so sometimes guests have parties till the morning disturbing the silence. Would be good to fine for noise after 11pm e.g. no returning the deposit)) Btw the area has a work out spot. Also you should delete some photos which are from another Hill Resort across the road to prevent dissapointment and bad reviews from other guests. And special thanks to the staff: ladies from Myanma and other guys. They are kind, proffesional! Feng and Kepeng are good guys replying fast and gentle. Wishing you to upgrade this to place to make it more attractive. Bless you!

very friendly staff, possibility to rent a scouter on site, mini bar in the room, bathroom should be renovated, no water in the shower, heater did not work,

In booking, it was a fake advertisement, so we couldn't read the reviews. It was really a bad experience, all the time, loud music if you want to do drugs and party go for it, otherwise please don't book it. It's dirty, and nothing works like normal Don't go

pros: - macrolocation,located fairly good between karon and patong - friendlyness of staff - price is quite fair cons (due to the price expectations weren‘t high but): - room was disgustingly moldy, the smell was bearly bearable - bathroom was moldy too and the infrastructure partially broken and overall filthy - broken lock of our room door, always had to call in staff and wait till they open the door to our room - no solutions for our issues, broken lock wasn‘t changed and no suitable alternative for the moldy room was offered - the stairway to our room was steep and broken with loose steps, seariously bearing an injury risk - despite promise of staff to clean the moldy room it was never cleaned the 3 nights we stayed - microlocation, nearly nothing is within walking distance

The owner- Lawrence is by far the rudest person I have ever met. My check out was on 07/12/24, but I was asked to check out on 03/12/24. Didn't plan this disaster, had to move the PS Hill Resort opposite the road. Avoid this place....
