Hotel was lovely. Restaurant and bars were very nice and had a good vibe. Rooms were nice and clean. Dog was allowed everywhere so could sit in restaurant at dinner etc. would return if staying in Rotterdam. Bus stop very close to hotel, so good transport links to the centre.

Staff was top notch

Pleasant overnight stay, nice comfortable room and varied menu for dinner and breakfast. Staff pleasant and excellent also for transport links. Would stay again

Comfortable hotel, stayed multiple times, mixed overall, as service can be so so and sometimes room is run down. This time everything was a good standard although front desk staff are still not the friendliest, but helpful if needed.

My room overlooked the hotel entrance and people ie smokers would congregate outside at 2.00am and talk loudly. Really annoying and this would happen again at 6.00am

Staff were nice enough and ok hotel. But the room was not good; a so called double bed was two twins together and it only ever wanted to seperate in the middle. The aircon made a very subtle noise all night, making it hard to sleep, the room we had did not black out either, with the windows (which you couldn’t open to get air in) looking down into the foyer, so constant light all night. All of which made it hard to sleep.

Stale hotel - comfortable beds and good blackout curtains but light comes in through a large gap in the bedroom door. Kettle and hairdryer in room didn’t work, they had no room available for me at check-in time, common parts on my floor (4) were filthy. Battery was low on my door lock so awkward to get into the room. Staff were indifferent to issues. Room is really badly appointed with big sections unlit. It’s not even handy for Rotterdam. I would absolutely not recommend.

Short stay with no complaints. Rooms were clean and bed was comfy. Food in restaurant was 10/10.

Excellent service and hotel hope to be back next year

Easy check in and out, staff helpful and friendly. Place is not as clean as it was when I visited 6 months ago and the room I had was a bit run down. Breakfast is not a bad selection, but overpriced as it’s quite poor quality. Overall the hotel is quite good value for money though and well located near the airport. Not well located if you need to be near the centre, but the local bus service is not bad.

Clean, simple and smart hotel. They were understaffed as is everyone these days, but the staff were friendly and helpful. I'd revisit.

Great location to the town centre and main train station. Spacious, quiet. Friendly staff. Great breakfast.

The hotel was okay- reception staff were polite and helpful, the room was quiet and bed was comfy. However we ate in the restaurant and it’s the worst service I have ever experienced. It took 10 minutes to even be acknowledged, every waiter walked straight past us. It took us ages to get the waiters attention to order as well. We were repeatedly ignored. There were plenty of staff and they were not full. As it was the only option to eat in the hotel we felt we had no choice- would not recommend the restaurant.

Hotel was good, Very few free parking spaces. Service in the restraint was average, would book a table as can be busy.

Terrible hotel with the photoshop interior and exterior, made probably years ago. We couldn't take shower how good and clean it is. Hotel has super advertisement but almost everything is wrong. Everything is good for 1 star motel. It is just overrated.

We have stayed here a few times and the front of house is beautifully decorated, as its december the hotell has a festive theme throughout. The rooms however are looking tired. The restaurant serves a varied selection of food and caters for most tastes. I highly recommend the breakfast buffet.
