Near shopping mall, convenient store, there is no lobby for car to go in. Instead, you will need to park in a cross of hotel.

The location is very strategic, just cross to Kyoto station, you can also go through Undergrown, next to it is Avanti Mall, there are GU, Seria, Don Quijote shops.

Good location. Big rooms. 2 double beds. A bit dated interior but everything super clean and everything works. Busy hotel but enough elevators. Just next door to Avanti and a short walk underground to Porta shopping and dining and Isetan. Great stay!

The location is very strategic opposite Kyoto Station. Right next door there is a 7-11 and Avanti Mall so it's easy if you want to buy food or other items. The room is quite large for a Japanese hotel, the bed is also large. The staff is friendly and can speak English well.

The only one hotel in our trip to Japan that ask a accommodation fee for staying. We stay for 2 nights here. And we charged 200 yen for 1 person/night, so we must pay again 1200 yen for 2 night of 3 person stay here. We also stay in Osaka and Tokyo, but no accommodation fee charged by hotel. But beside that, the location is awesome. Near to Avanti Kyoto Mall, Kyoto central station, Porta Dining, Asty Kyoto, and etc. You can easily access train or bus from there. The room is quite big too for triple rooms. We will consider to pick another hotel later if we visit Kyoto again.

Close to Kyoto station, there is even a special door to go to the subway or shinkansen. Follow the directions to Mall Avanti, because the hotel is next to Mall Avanti.

Hotel located at very strategic location, fast method to check in, receptionists could speak english well, simple standard room, tasty breakfast menu. But no mineral water provided as amenities.
