Front desk workers at night could care less. Called and called about people above being incredibly loud from 930-1am. Never offered to move me just pretty much said sorry. Never would answer front desk phone. Once I walked to them I saw a worker on her Facebook and was for sure annoyed with my complaints. Only good part of my stay was when I checked out and drove south to home.

The pool wasn’t heated and the handicap chairs in the pool and hot tub was rusting from poor Maintence. They were stainless steel so a little effort and steel wool would clean them up plus the hydraulic cylinders on the chairs were rusted and not working. The air filter in the upper portion of the wall by the hot tub was nasty and dirt covered

Very well located near multiple retail malls and restaurants. Easy parking. Clean rooms , well appointed and helpful staff.

I liked that it was clean, bed was comfortable. AM breakfast & cofee was ok. Shower took a few minutes to get hot, water pressure was ok.

Water pressure in bathtub and shower was terribly poor. Not enough pressure to get a good shower. Water was a trickle.

Had a great 2 day stay came into town for Taylor Swift and everything and everyone was great!

Overall experience just OK…. Breakfast was awful and area to eat not very clean.

Great service, clean rooms with satellite TV and complimentary breakfast.

We’ve been traveling for almost two weeks and this hotel is one of the best in terms of cleanliness and staff cordiality. Highly recommended.

Maintenance is inadequate: shower took 5 min th get warm enough, low water flow. Coffee maker did not work.

Hotel was undergoing renovations and the elevator was out of order. After the staff informed us about this, we tried to cancel our reservation because I have MS and cant be climbing up and down flights of stairs but they wouldn't refund us.

Everything was great except the hot tub had way too much chlorine in it and burned my eyes and my skin.
