The hotel does not work well with hotels.con. They can’t find my hotels.com booking!!! This has NEVER happened else where. We had to pay again to the hotel!

Hotel 5 Terre was a nice location for access to Monterosso and the train station to the other Cinque Terre villages. Parking and breakfast included makes it worthwhile! It’s an older property so don’t expect a lot of modern amenities, but it certainly serves its purpose. WiFi worked so that was a plus! Staff was helpful.

Excellent location for beach stay & travelling to the other towns

Amazing place.

My wife and I enjoyed staying at this property during our stay. It is walking distance from the beaches in Monterosso and walking distance from some places to eat. The place was quiet and the staff were friendly. The water pressure is very good here! There was also an air con unit in the room which we weren’t expecting but was very nice during our stay in mid July! The reason I gave a 4/5 stars is because the room service wasn’t consistent. Because it was so hot during our stay, we were taking a few showers a day to stay cool and we put our towels on the floor to be replaced but they only replace one and hung up the other one. That was the only complaint we had. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Great spot

We absolutely loved staying here! This was our first time to Cinque Terre and right from check in, we felt welcomed and knew we made the right choice. The owners were always helpful, friendly, professional, and made our visit special. They’re so nice and friendly, even late at night or early in the morning. We will stay here again because the staff made all the difference!

Very nice hotel staff! They were very accommodating— we arrived early and they allowed us to check in, after a day of traveling that was appreciated! When our A/C broke they fixed it the same day. The hotel is easy to find and has a nice breakfast with good coffee. The place has not been updated in a decade or 2…it could use new furniture, carpet/flooring and paint. We enjoyed our stay, and I would stay here again if Porta Roca is sold out again.

I had a fabulous stay at hotel 5 Terre!! As a solo traveler I felt safe and cared for by the attentive, and friendly staff, especially Francesco. The room was impeccable and the perfect size for one person. The area is quiet, yet close to everything! Highly recommend!!

Hotel 5 Terre had a great breakfast, comfortable beds and friendly staff. It is slightly off the tourist path but everything was very close. Definitely woud return.

Serviceable amenities—room was outdated. With tiny shower stall impossible to move and I am not a huge person. Room needed more electric outlets for modern charging needs. Proximity to beach for the BIG win!

I liked the bar and its seating area. Also its friendly staff. I stayed 2 nights and they didn't make my room even with the tag asking to clean hung in my door. Room was a little old and very basic but still OK. It was an attic in the last floor. The problem was showering in the bathroom, because the roof of the attic was very low, the shower height was about 3 feet height... so difficult to take a shower...

A clean, modern 3-star hotel with a helpful and friendly customer-facing manager. The breakfast is decent, service is very good, and eating, shopping, and other attractions in Monterosso are a short walking distance. All in all, a good place to stay in Cinque Terre!

The room was very good. Staff were friendly and the location was great.

The hotel was walking distance from train station and bars and restaurants. The free breakfast was excellent and all staff were friendly.
