Average hotel, no soundproof rooms so you hear everything. Location is great. Parking was full so i had to park in nearby street.

The staffs are very friendly and room services are excellent!

This was a small hotel with a pleasant staff. The room was fine but the elevator was the smallest we had ever seen. Barely room for 2 people and no bags! Twice when we got the elevator it was filled with mops/buckets and cleaning supplies. Apparently the staff transports supplies between floors but no one was to get the materials out!

Room location was excellent… amazing view of the street with Christmas lights. Friendly staff. Limited local parking due to seasonal event and blocked streets also limited access, parked 3-4 blocks away upon arrival. No hotel parking availability.

The receptionist was very kind and recommended some restaurants around the hotel. The one right next to this hotel was the one I chose. It was very good atmosphere with varieties of French cuisine with wines and beers. The room was clean and the location is good to explore the city.

Our booking for this hotel ended up being at the time when France was in complete lockdown and we had to rush back to UK before complete shut down of French borders. We arrived in Laval which looked like a ghost town and all hotels and restaurants were closed. We parked outside the Best Western and the owner was at reception waiting for us, as they had honoured our reservation. We were the only couple staying at the hotel and were given use of a microwave oven should we wish to cook any food. We were given a couple of mobile numbers and the entry code to the hotel and the owner left us after ensuring that we had everything we required. We left the next morning after a refreshing night's sleep in a warm comfortable room. We were extremely grateful and wish to say a big MERCI BEAUCOUP to the people concerned.

Great location perfect for a weekend break. Room was prrfect had a super view of the christmas lights on the bridge. Loved the restaurant next door

This hotel is downtown and walking distance to restaurants and bars. Rooms are small but fine.

They were very accommodating and I contacted them prior to ask for a parking space . They only have 6 spaces so it is very small car park and very tight but worth it if you are there for a few days. Staff firendly, we didn't have breakfast so can't rate that. Room was clean and we were at the front where we thought it would be noisy but it was not as double glazing. Modern and clean and would stay again.

It was a nice hotel in a good location but a few times the nternet dropped out or went very slow.

The car parking is just a few limited spaces that I never found the entrance to and needed to be booked in advance. After a 12 hour drive that was disappointing

We were given one of the smallest rooms in the Hotel, there was only a small amount of hanging space for clothes so all other clothes had to be left in the case on the floor and that was in short supply, there is very little car parking at the hotel so that is a big problem as parking on the road is charged for.

Room too small to be in for 4 days when not paying a budget price but serviced well and reasonably well equipped. Laval is nice but too quiet for me and opening / food service times of cafes and bars was restrictive although we did get used to it.

Breakfast was utilitarian. Hot drinks were not good. The ambiance of the room was poor. No linen, no cutlery on the table and chairs so heavy you had to be strong to move them. It was an expensive meal for what was on offer. Even though I had paid for a better room it was still small. The bathroom had been refurbished to a good standard. However, a small person would have difficulty getting in or out of the bath!
