The room unit is very clean and comfortable, food is great, but the facilities of the gym room and swimming pool are not maintained. But overall, it is OK.

If you're looking for a nice neighborhood and vicinity to places such as mall, food stalls, public parks, this is the best hotel. It's a bit far from Kuala Lumpur city center, but I took grab from the Hotel to Cyberjaya/Putrajaya Train station (10 minutes drive) then head to Kuala Lumpur by KLIA express train, 17 minutes to KLCC. You can find everything you need in the DPulze Mall. Had a working microwave, fridge, stove, kettle, which was perfect! They provide us with amenities and utensils as well. Will stay here again in the future.

I use to stay next door and change here. So far its better and the Staff is friendly and accomodating.

Arrive 11 pm to check in; The reception staff warmly entertain our need. Room very clean & good ambiance. We enjoy our stay here except for breakfast not very good

All the best. Parking is also a flat rate because hotel guests will only be more interested if there is a restaurant buffet breakfast instead of packed food to the room. Easy access to the Mall next door just follow the door on the side of the hotel. A swimming pool is available.

Nice place but everywhere is far from the city, Grab fare is twice as expensive to make food to take to the mall.

I would highly recommend to others.

The room is really dirty, I asked to clean it but it's still dirty. The standard must be raised further.

The best hotel in Cyberjaya, just go down to the room in the lobby and there is an access door to Dpulze Mall. Parking using T&G one time entrance RM3.30 (must be validated at the lobby counter). There is plenty of parking but it depends on the peak season or school holidays. The room is really comfortable, I got a queen bed and there is 1 long sofa. The room is equipped with a kitchen cabinet, fridge and cupboard. Overall, this hotel is really the best for healing and having a quiet vacation. If you are hungry, you can go down to the Mall below the hotel and there is a TGV cinema. Forget the plaque, this hotel has a swimming pool and a gym but when we checked in both facilities could not be used due to renovations. If possible, give me a comfortable pillow, it's very soft and uncomfortable.

It 's my second stay at this apartment hotel, it will always be my choice because I like the environment, the cleanlines, the hotel staffs, and the convenience of this hotel, the best!

The air in room was smell bad dan disgusting. The water in pool is cold and there was no pool towel service.

The environment are nice, room is clean and tidy, the staff are very friendly and helpful, especially when my kid keep playing the master bedroom door and make the door locked twice, the staff are very kind and help us to open and open it again. Thank you very much.

Very nice hotel! I don't usually like hotels with malls attached but this one is okay. Customer service could be improved as it took quite some time and several calls to get extra towel & other request to arrive. Design & decoration is okay. Prefer their other establishment but for the price it's worth it!

Need to have some deep cleaning for sure. Many dust in every room and the rug really full of dust. Bathroom kitchen need maintenance looks old apartement. But had a great location, that is make us can stay with happy heart. And the front office very helpful, thanks.

This hotel is really good. The hotel provides all necessity. It has iron, iron board, mini stove & kitchen, all cutlery, sofa etc. The hotel also next to dpluz plaza mall. Very easy & convenient to have food.
