Hotel in the central area is convenient to eat, drink and move in Phu Quoc. I booked because it has a private beach and fresh air, suitable for families with elderly people (the grandparents said to stay quiet, not noisy even though the center). The garden view room is nothing too outstanding, quite small and fully equipped, so it should be closed in case natural friends visit. Staff enthusiastic support, no problem. However, there are a few service points that are not clear: as described, there are free cocktails in the time frame, but when I asked, the staff told me that your room did not have this service, so I was also happy, asked through the tour intermediary. You said the hotel included airport transfers in the price, but I asked directly, the hotel said it didn't, so it was a bit confusing because the information was inconsistent. In conclusion, Cassia Cottage is still an ok resort in the price range in the central area, no problem to complain about. Thank you for supporting my family.

We wanted to spend couple of relaxing days on the beach and staying at the resort was the right thing to do. The service was great, very nice staffs. I got all I needed there from food to spa and to the city market is not far away. The room was nice, spacious and clean. If you love calm and quietness, you will love this place. You will notice 99.9% of hotel guests are foreign travellers.

I went on holiday with my best friend 4 Days 3 Nights and felt very satisfied with the general service of the hotel. Location: If driving a motorbike, very close to the pepper gardens (about 15-20 minutes), Tranh streams (about 20-30 minutes), Dinh Cau night market (10 '), Bai Sao (40-60'). Staff: very honest, enthusiastic and smiling to guests. You Trang receptionist is very friendly and interested in guests. Take the initiative to come to your table to ask about meals as well as advice on local eating places. Be Young, the receptionist welcomed us very enthusiastically when it was hot and the hotel was short of staff but still ready to pack and bring luggage to the room. A while later back to welcome fruit plate, very lovely. Room: I am in the Modern Deluxe room. Extremely fond of having a balcony with tables and chairs, beds in a classic style and a little romantic, with an umbrella and a rattan bag that can be used for beach storage, a shower and separate toilets, two Separate toilet sink is very convenient for a room with 2 people. The only improvement is that the dryer is very weak. Meals: objectively speaking, the hotel doesn't have too many choices for breakfast like many other hotels but it is still very satisfied because everything is delicious and quality (seafood fried noodles or crepe, water detox, ...) so there's no feeling of being poor at meals. Overall, I was very satisfied with everything during my stay at the hotel.

I am very comfortable with the room, clean and smells of cinnamon. Friendly staff, good food. A little green garden will be great.
