everything is great considering the relatively lower price compared to other hotel in the city centre. The only thing that can improve is the smell of the room. there was a weird smell whenever i enter the room. Nevertheless not so big issue. i had a great stay.

The location is very strategic in the city center and is perfect for those who want to travel short for both business and leisure.

The location was strategic and less than 5 mins walk to either Bourke St Mall or Flinder St station. Just 3 stops to Queen Victoria Market from the tram stop in front of hotel. You can find groceries, food and coffee within few mins walk. Budget price but with very clean and comfortable place for travelers to stay. The room came with all the basics and the bed was really soft, comfy. Had good night sleeps.I would stay again if I return to visit in future.

No mineral water in my room, but that's okay. Breakfast sooo yummy.

Good location. But the room was not worth the price. Didn't like how the toilet was separated from the bathroom. Toilet doesn't have sprinkler/bidet at all.
