Bates motel comes to mind

It was a nice getaway but we stayed in room 9 and came in late and every step to our room on the main hose creeped it was impossible to sneak up the stair but overall good quiet place

Room seems very old and blankets , towels also look old. May be the Villas are better but the Room and the bathroom is very congested. Looks cheaper compared to what we paid for other accommodations but the price is same.

I got really frustrated trying to cancel before the deadline, because we were not able to get there. I ended up having to pay for it although we couldn't use it.

Ok for a day but maybe not so comfortable if staying longer. Nice view though

Very clean and comfortable. Well situated near and restaurants. very close to the beach.

The wifi was non existent and the room size was extremely small

Room was very small and compact, TV did not work, fridge thermostat was broken and ran 24/7 and froze all our items, lots of noise from neighbouring shops.

Amazing views and location, lovely staff and service!

Never again! Shoebox room, no sound proofing,unfriendly, unhelpful man in reception.

Could not wait to leave. Narrow steep stairs killed the knees and hip, light in bathroom didn’t work, building smoke alarm going off in the middle of the night waking all tenants and no explanation from owner or coming to check on cause of alarm. Won’t be back.

I enjoyed my stay very much. The location next to the sea was very quiet and calming, as I could hear the beautiful sounds of the sea. The staff was so wonderful and helpful. I left a small bag and they were able to ship it to my next hotel through the post, which was so extremely kind and helpful of them. The customer service is wonderful. Thank you so much for everything, Swansea Villas!

Very unfriendly staff. Tv did not work. Staff accused us of tampering with it but when they replaced it with another Tv that didn't work either. 🤔

Refrigerator had old blood in it from a previous lodger and the floor had not been vacuumed as there was black hair on the floor. The staircase was unsafe for elderly. Not sure what would have happened if there had been a fire!!

View was lovely. Everything else was average

Convenient base for visiting East Coast- Coles Bay, Bicheno and St Helens. Property had been nicely refurbished and was clean.

The room was clean, freshly painted, bright and comfortable. Nice view of the sea (through the carpark) from the balcony. Within walking distance of the Bark Mill (a great place for dinner). The only downside was there was a bit of a mix up with the booking, but the gentleman at the desk sorted it out. Apart from that it was a great stay.

I wrote to you from the property complaining about the size and condition of the room. I was told I would get a reply within 24 hours but this has not happened. This was the worse room I have stayed in throughout many years of travelling in many countries

Check in was fine, room was very compact, but fairly comfortable. However the room was not serviced each day, particularly to take away dirty cups etc, and there were no supplies to wash them yourself. Some of the crockery was dirty before we used it as well.
