The riad common area’s are beautiful and very traditional. Breakfast is basic and light. The area wasn’t great in my opinion. It’s located right beside the north wall of Marrakesh old town which is about a 20 minute walk from the Medina. This was mostly fine but we did encounter issues with local scammers threatening us to pay them after following us while walking home claiming to be ‘offering their time to direct us’. If this is your first time in Morocco and your not used to the common tricks these obnoxious hustlers do, then I would recommend staying closer to the medina (if you want the old town experience) or in proper hotel in the new town, as this is less likely to happen in the touristy areas from what I saw. Also, the hotel offer dinner on the first night through message after you book. As we arrived around dinner time we asked if they could prepare for us about 3 days before. When we arrived they didn’t know what we were talking about when we mentioned it. This was annoying as the riad doesn't have a make to order restaurant, you need to give them a lot of notice.
