The room rented through the app has a price and payment in advance, when I rented it separately for the second day, I don't know if the staff or the owner told the receptionists to give me the wrong deluxe room, the class I booked was basic. On the second day, no one served free mineral water in the room, when I was thirsty, I drank the bottle of water in the room, so they forced me to pay. When I paid to go to the airport, the staff forgot to return my ID card. I wasted 2 more rounds of driving back to get it. This was my first time staying here but it didn't seem to be very good. The staff was a bit incompetent.
