The staff is what makes this hotel home away from home. Starting with the welcome drink, my wife’s birthday cake, and final day gifts reflect the soft touch of the Indian culture and hospitality is a class by itself. Special shout out to Sukanta and 16th. Floor manager for the extra care with room service. Laundry was always on time. The concierge service was superb as well with my unique needs of scanning documents and even medicine. The security staff came to know us and always smiling when we returned to the hotel from our local trips. Shout out to the entire team at JW. No wonder it’s considered a top hotel in Kolkata!

Large clean rooms with good HVAC system. Great staff that are warm and go out of their way to ensure your stay is comfortable. This was my second stay and its now my favorite hotel in India (I'm a frequent business traveler in India, Asia & ME) Breakfast and buffet selections are very good. Try this hotel on your next visit!

We had an all around excellent stay, the employees were all very welcoming, hospitable and helpful across the board. At Vintage Asia, our server Remrem was very caring and helped us make the right choices, and took care of the whole family of all ages. At JW kitchen, Mr. Partha Ghosh and the chef got us mishti doi which my father wanted even though it was not available in the buffet, and made it very special for us. They also took care of us across breakfast. Rooms were very clean and hotel was very clean as well.

It is like staying in home in a 5 star Hotel. The Chef Samaresh even prepared some special Home cooked meal for me which was exceptional. The chauffeur Sanjay was very good

Food at JW Kitchen was awesome

My most favorite place to stay in Kolkata every time I visit! The property is tastefully elegant in its decor, always clean, food is great, accommodations comfy, and the staff are par excellence in their service.

Gorgeous property. The room I got was fantastic. Dining options within the property was superb. Loved the Asian restaurant. Pool area was beautiful to hang out. Bit inconvenient to get to the main parts of the city.

All is good about the property, it is neat and clean with amazing gym facility with good trainers, food is amazing. It is vibrant with young energy.
