I have pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. For the Japanese common room size, we got bigger. They served breakfast too for free and can be take away to our room. I guess it wasn’t a muslim friendly breakfast even though they didn’t serve pork but I personally didn’t ask how they cooked. So the rice and furikake also the bread and margarine is fine for me :) also the coffee! Free refill water flow dispenser and ice cubes. They also have a coin washing machine. Close to Namba station 10 minutes walk, 15 minutes walk to Masjid Istiqlal Osaka, so many convenient store around, you name it. A 100 yen store too :))) 200 meters to a halal ramen restaurant, kebab, Chinese muslim restaurant too. Awesome!

Really small room, you need to put your luggage under your bed. There's no space to open and store luggage at the same time. If you booked for 2 days, they don't clean your room. If you overstay your check out time even by a 15 minutes, you need to pay a certain amount. But the food is delicious and have a lot of varieties. Really close to JR station if you find a right exit and near a few of halal restaurants.

Staff is very helpful, pleasant. Just wanted to add more days already fully booked. Even though this hotel is pleasant.

Lokasi nya strategis banget, deket juga sama Stasiun Kereta Namba Nakai yang ke Airport Kansai, lokasinya ga rame sih jadi nyaman lah

Lokasi strategis, bukan ditempat yang ramai, dari hotel ke stasiun Namba (kereta Airport) deket cuma 800m, ga capek geret-geret koper, untuk makanan ga ada yang halal buat muslim ya, palingan cuma makan roti sama air putih aja pas sarapan, mereka punya coin laundry, disekitarnya ada familiy mart, dan lain-lain banyak. Kamarnya lumayan gede, mau nerima 3 orang termasuk anak, ada kulkas tv dan lain-lain. Yang kurang enak itu kalau bersihin kamar, harus by request, ga ada tuh dia ngebersihin tiap hari. Ini doang sih ga nyamannya.

You can borrow an umbrella at the counter. Give good advice. Room: The room is quite old. and narrow according to the Japanese version Unfolding the bag, there is no place to walk.
