I will surely stay at the hotel if I visit KL again in the coming years.

I booked a room with a lounge. I was shocked at how poor the tea time was. The taste was also average. Cocktail time was also for non-diners. There were only snacks available. I also had breakfast here, but it was only good enough to eat quietly. I probably won't use the lounge here again.

As soon as I entered the lobby, I was overwhelmed by the luxury and splendor of the InterContinental. The reception staff greeted me with a bright smile and the check-in process was quick. The comfortable bed helped me have a good night's sleep after a long day of exploring Kuala Lumpur.

The hotel is clean, the staff are friendly, just entering the lobby it smells good. The room is also spacious. Breakfast has many variants and menus 👍 good anyway.

Straregic location, Jam free area, Clean Room and Friendly staffs. Quick Check-in around 5mins. Recommended for family with kids.

The service is fast and provides free delivery every hour to the petronas / suria plaza twin towers and the mall pavilion.

Service!! because i choose 2 single bed and then no more room.. but.. the very kind reception give me one bed plus extra single bed.. and no other charges.. this is great !! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
