There were lots of small cockroaches, and at 8 a.m. on Saturday morning, the hotel suddenly went into renovation mode. This woke me up at 3 a.m., when I was asleep, to the sound of music upstairs.

The water runs smoothly, the only downside is that the water in the bathroom takes a long time to drain, as it seems the drain hole is a bit clogged. Otherwise, everything is fine, and it's been cleaned well.

The room was uncomfortable because there was renovation work going on during the day next to the room, which was very disturbing.

The bathroom trash can is dirty, the room is stuffy and has no windows. It's noisy.

Traveloka must evaluate all hotels listed on Traveloka. Traveloka lists them as 4-star hotels, but the room cleanliness is lacking. At night, there is a loud music vibration from the karaoke lounge upstairs, so I can't rest. The hot water doesn't work. When I complained to the hotel, they called housekeeping, but they never came.

The room smells, the AC is old and not cold, the hot water doesn't work, the room has no windows and is stuffy, there is no trash can, the water from the bathroom splashes out when you shower.

My usual accommodation in Block M doesn't have a refrigerator, so this was my first time staying there. However, the room was dirty, the bath towels were tattered, and it seems that refrigerators only exist in DX rooms and above. The bedding was also damp, so I definitely won't be staying there again.

For close access to everywhere, malls, MRT, cafes and places to eat. Breakfast is very good but the only drawback is that it is a la carte. Hopefully the hotel will get better in the future.
